General Information
Camp Hayes is the ground where the Last Buffalo Hunt took place with Buffalo Bill Cody, General George Custer, General Phillip Sheridan and the great Chief Spotted Tail. They provided the Grand Duke Alexis of Russia with the hunt of a lifetime. Come and enjoy the primitive camping experience at the lake, take in the clean fresh air of the countryside while you fish or just day dream about the buffalo stampeding through the hills.
